Challenge
Skin+Me committed to working with real customers—no actors, no filters—as part of a brand promise to stay rooted in authenticity. The agency’s creative direction embraced this, but concerns were raised around casting complexity and on-set dynamics. It needed the right partner to turn vulnerability into powerful storytelling.
Goal
To create a national TVC and social-first cutdowns that celebrated real customers' journeys while protecting emotional integrity, brand values, and production quality.
Result
We brought on director Juliane Taudt—renowned for her journalistic ability to build trust and create emotional safety on set. Through a mixed-media approach and intimate direction, we captured personal moments that moved both the client and the audience. The campaign resonated so deeply, the CBO cried at the first draft. With multiple reruns due to post-launch success, Skin+Me's first TVC became a brand-defining moment—one that built resonance, earned authenticity, and unlocked new customer segments beyond their core demographic.
